REGISTRATION
GA conferences, held annually from 1998, are financed by the participants.
in GA conferences there are not invited/keynote speakers. All participants will present their work in only one main session. This is one of the reasons for limited acceptations.
Authors, people presenting Papers, Posters, Artworks and Installations have to pay a reduced fees as contribution to the conference expenses. (cocktail, three lunches, conference dinner, coffee breaks and evening pizza snacks, bag of proceedings and so on)
People presenting Live Performances (and not presenting a paper to the conference) will not pay fees neither contributions to expenses, but they cannot be financial supported by the conference.
People can attend to the conference for free. If they like to participate to all social events (lunches, conference dinner) and to have the proceedings they must pay the full fee. If they like to present their work they must register as Authors paying the reduced fee.
Students and young Artists, also if presenting posters and artworks (not papers) can attend the conference for free.
In any case no people can have financial supports from the GA conference.
All contributions will be reviewed. If the (paper/poster/artworks/installation/performance) proposal has been accepted by the scientific committee,
you can ask to the Conference Chair to send you an official invitation letter for getting funds from other entities or,
if necessary, for getting the visa.
In this case you can send your proposal in advance for having the acceptance and the official invitation letter in advance by the scientific committee.
The proceedings will be available in time for the conference with ISBN number as a pakage with a DVD (papers, posters, artworks, performance presentations, movies and music) together with an abstract book.
Only the papers/posters/artwork/installation-presentations of registered people will be published in the proceedings.
